We built a compelling, modern, and elegant design that sets the standard in digital experiences among Suffolk’s key competitors. We aimed to solidify and evolve the “Build Smart” initiative by featuring employee testimonials, videos from Suffolk’s leadership, and interactive “Build Smart” success stories throughout the website.
To highlight the Suffolk culture, we incorporated videos, social media, and volunteer outreach efforts that served to increase interest with potential hires.
