L.E.K. Consulting required a digital platform that would unite their global presence while providing localized content for users in different geographic locations. To address this, we conducted over 30 stakeholder interviews to fully understand the needs and pain points of each office. With this insight, we localized content across various microsites, ensuring a cohesive experience for visitors worldwide.
We also developed a dynamic partner tagging system that enables users to easily search for thought leadership pieces by the partner who authored them, creating a personalized browsing experience. To improve usability, we modernized the site’s architecture, making it intuitive and easy to navigate. Additionally, we implemented SEO best practices throughout the site, boosting search rankings and driving organic traffic.
