We began with a thorough content audit and a series of discovery workshops, which helped us understand Germanna’s goals and the digital touchpoints where the college interacted with its users. Our research revealed the need to simplify and reorganize critical sections of the site to bring visibility to buried content, reduce navigation complexity, and improve the user experience across all stages of the student journey.
We recommended a restructuring of their content architecture to make it more intuitive and clear. This included organizing their website’s hierarchy, consolidating content, and designing a streamlined navigation experience for both prospective and current students.
